The graphic creation from your photo is FREE, follow the steps below:

1) Select your size / frame option and the number of colors you want for your PBN kit. If your photo has a lot of details, we suggest you to select 36 colours.

2) Upload your picture directly using the upload button on our product page, then complete your order normally.

Recommendations:

- The photo must be clear and of sufficient resolution (at least 1000x1000)

- A single color background will highlight the person of your photo.

3) Our graphic designer will check that the quality of your photo is sufficient.

4) After your picture is confirmed by our designer, our workshop will start working on your custom paint by numbers and create your masterpiece!

You will then receive at home your fully customized kit with the numbered canvas and the corresponding numbered paint pots.

• 1 Numbered linen canvas
• 3 Different sized Brushes Nylon
• Numbered pots of acrylic paint
• 2 screws + 2 hooks for walls

Attention: In the event that you are not satisfied with the result of the picture on your painting, no return or refund will be made. The photos displayed on our product page and in our comments are given for information only. It is up to the customer to provide an image of sufficient quality so that the final result can be optimal. In the case of unsatisfactory final result, in 95% of the cases the main reason is due to a photo of poor quality, poor resolution, with poor lighting, or too low a level of detail.
